Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial Lesson
The first trial lesson is entirely free of charge. No payment is taken before or during the trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, no further action is required and no charges apply.
Monthly Subscriptions
Lessons are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting our team at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations submitted with less than 7 days' notice may result in one additional charge for the following month.
There are no minimum terms and no cancellation fees.
Refunds for Completed Lessons
Lessons that have been delivered are non-refundable. If you believe a lesson was not delivered to an acceptable standard, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and respond fairly.
Missed Lessons
If a student misses a lesson without giving at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson is considered used and is not refundable or reschedulable. If a teacher misses or cancels a lesson without adequate notice, a replacement lesson will be provided at no charge.
Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate alternative times. Rescheduled lessons must be taken within the same billing month where possible.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events occur. If you are facing a genuine hardship or emergency, please contact us directly. We will consider all requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond with fairness and compassion.
